Ying Tay

Director

Ying Tay is a Director at Affirma Capital and is based in Singapore. Previously Ying was responsible for different roles in Standard Chartered Bank (“SCB”), and was part of the Standard Chartered Private Equity and Financial Markets COO teams.

Prior to joining SCB, Ying spent 4 years in Lehman Brothers New York, as an Associate for the Latin America Emerging Markets trading desk. In this role, Ying was actively supporting the business in the setting up of the Brazil and Mexico branch offices, as well as building up the Chile and Colombia franchise.

Ying has a BA in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a Certified Public Accountant.
