  1. Introduction
    1. These Terms of Use are provided by Affirma Capital Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “Affirma Capital”). These Terms of Use govern the modalities relating to access to and use of Affirma Capital's websites, intranet, online and investor portals and mobile applications (collectively, “Online Sites”).

By interacting and accessing our Online Sites, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use which govern the use of the Online Sites; and our Data Privacy Notice (https://www.affirmacapital.com/privacy.html), each of which may be updated by us from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion. You are responsible for being aware of the latest version of the Terms of Use posted on the Online Sites during each session.
    3. The terms "you" and "user" shall mean any visitor to or user of the Online Sites.
      4. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Online Sites. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in any jurisdiction. You are strictly prohibited from unauthorised use of our Online Sites.

Affirma Capital may report any activity relating to the Online Sites to law enforcement officers, regulators or other persons or entities anywhere in the world as it deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion.

    1. All content and information, including but not limited to all design, trademarks, logos, copyrights, images and other intellectual property available on or through our Online Sites (collectively, “Materials”) are, except as otherwise expressly stated, owned by Affirma Capital.

    3. You may download the Materials and print a copy of the Materials for your personal, non-commercial use. In doing so, you shall not remove any copyright or other notices or legends contained in such Materials; nor shall you alter or modify the Materials in your copies.
    4. You shall not interfere with the functioning of the Online Sites nor shall you restrict or inhibit others from using the Online Sites. You shall not transmit any worm, virus, time bomb or similar system corruptant or interference through the Online Sites.

You shall not copy, distribute or modify any part of the Online Sites; nor exploit any of the Materials commercially nor forward them as a mass distribution, nor post them on another site or otherwise. You shall not delete, reverse engineer, decompile, decompose, disassemble or otherwise deconstruct all or any part of our Online Sites.
    6. If you link other websites to our Online Sites, you shall not imply or suggest that Affirma Capital is affiliated or has endorsed such websites. You shall not display our Online Sites as "framed" within another website.

    1. Our Online Sites are for general information purposes only. The information and content on our Online Sites is believed to be reliable. However, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the information available on our Online Sites.
    2. Under no event should any information or content on our Online Sites be construed or used as an offer to sell, or to solicit an offer to buy, any securities, financial instruments, investments or other services.
    3. Our Online Sites do not provide specific investing advice or strategies to any individual or person. The investments and strategies discussed on our Online Sites may not be suitable for all investors and are not obligations of, or guaranteed by, Affirma Capital.

  6. Password and Security Notifications
    1. Certain areas of our Online Sites are password-protected. You shall not attempt to access any password-protected areas without authorisation. If you have been provided a password by Affirma Capital, you agree that you have been granted limited access to specific files relevant to you, and you shall not attempt to access other computer files.
    2. All information that Affirma Capital provides to users of the Online Sites is confidential and intended solely for the information of its intended user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, account information and user names, and for logging off when you finish a session.
    3. You shall notify Affirma Capital immediately in writing if the security of your account has been comprised or if you become aware of its unauthorised use.     1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
    2. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
