Novia Ng

Associate Director

Novia Ng is an Associate Director at Affirma Capital, and is part of the Southeast Asia deal team. She is based in Singapore.

Prior to Affirma Capital, Novia was part of Standard Chartered Private Equity (SCPE)’s Southeast Asia deal team. She was part of the deal team for SCPE’s 2016 investment into Vietnam-based New Kids Trading Service, and the company’s subsequent follow-on round by Crescent Point Group in 2018; the 2018 take-private LBO of Singapore-based Tat Hong Holdings, and the exit of Vietnam-based Golden Gate Group in 2019. She joined SCPE in Jun 2016.

Prior to SCPE, she was spent a year primarily in Standard Chartered Bank’s Southeast Asia M&A and Commercial Real Estate Coverage teams.

Novia has a Bachelor of Accounting (First Class) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
