Mindy Yap

Executive Director

Mindy Yap is an Executive Director at Affirma Capital and is based in Singapore.

Prior to joining Affirma Capital, Mindy was a Director at Standard Chartered Private Equity since 2016 and is responsible for supporting the deal teams in all their transactions. She has been engaged in a variety of transactions ranging from investments, divestment and restructuring across the emerging markets footprint.

Prior to joining SCPE, Mindy held roles in Barclays, Macquarie and PricewaterhouseCoopers which includes corporate finance advisory, change management, financial control and operational risk management. Mindy also headed up product development in a precious metal trading network automation start-up.

Mindy has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University, Australia, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
