Chungang Zhang is an Associate Director at Affirma Capital. He is based in Shanghai.

Prior to Affirma Capital, Chungang was Associate Director at SCPE. He has over 5 years of experience in private equity. Chungang joined SCPE in July 2017 and is responsible for screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of investments in China. Prior to SCPE, Chungang worked as a vice president in Cathay Capital and Legend Holdings mainly responsible for investments in the healthcare industry. Before that, he also worked at China International Capital Corporation.

Chungang holds a Master of Mathematics from Peking University.
