Anupam Karwa is an Analyst in the India team for Affirma Capital and is based in Mumbai.

Anupam has over 2 years of progressive experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking. He is responsible for evaluating and analyzing new investment opportunities across sectors. He also actively manages portfolio companies in the Financial Services and industrial sectors.

Prior to Affirma Capital, Anupam worked at Ernst and Young in India with Lead Advisory team covering Financial Services and Fintech sector. Prior to Ernst and Young, also worked in the Investment Banking Division in India at JP Morgan covering Technology sector.

Anupam is a Merit Holder Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has also cleared 2 levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program (CFA) and Executive level the Institute of Company Secretary in India (ICSI). He has also completed his Master’s in commerce from University of Pune.
